Our next Profile of a CATEC Student focuses on Gadeline Marquez, a @CATEC_Cos student who is graduating from @k12albemarle @MonticelloHigh this year. She enjoys styling & cutting hair & plays for the MHS soccer team. We'll miss Gadeline when she goes off to college next year!

The first Profile of a CATEC Student for February is Auto Service Tech student Megan Gray. This @CvilleSchools @CHSBlackKnight enjoys hands-on work & has begun interning w/@Colonial_Auto 4x/week. We look forward to having Megan back next year as a Yr 2 as she continues interning
CTE Fun Fact: CATEC has a food bus, Technical Eats!, run by our @CulinaryCatec program. Come out to support these students' entrepeneurial spirit today, from 11am-2pm in the CATEC parking lot. They're serving up burritos, nachos, salads, and dessert. @k12albemarle @CvilleSchools

CTE Fun Fact: 81% high school dropouts say relevant, real-world learning opportunities would have kept them in school. CATEC offers real-world experiences, like its EMT clinicals. The program is also excited to purchase an emergency medical simulation manakin . #catec #ctemonth
