Our Cos 1 students with Mrs. Brown practiced using the muscles that are most often used in their industry. They got to feel what it was like to maintain certain stances and postures for a lengthy time. Students will work for 2 years to ensure they keep their bodies safe.

We have the unique to opportunity for students to hear from first responders who understand 9-11 and how it's impacted their lives. Our EMT instructor Cat Gardner was a first responder at the Pentagon and shares this video yearly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d50CaHdwtX8&t=1s


Today our Culinary Arts students worked together. Cul 1 practiced their knife skills and Cul 2 took chopped veggies and chicken to turn into soup, focusing on stocks. The building smelled wonderful! @catecculinaryarts
