The Career Expo and Job Fair is sponsored by the CATEC Foundation.  Founded in 1976, the CATEC Foundation, Inc. is a  non-profit organization that supports the CATEC Career Expo & Job fair held every year at the Fashion Square Mall in Charlottesville.  This year’s event will be held on January   23rd.  This is a great opportunity for your business to gain excellent exposure with the general public and for you to highlight your products and services.  Those businesses that participate in the EXPO gain the following EXPO RESULTS AND BENEFITS:

This year the CATEC Foundation Inc.will again offer a variety of tax deductible sponsorship packages for businesses to support not only the CATEC Career Expo, but the entire CATEC marketing campaign. Being business leaders, the Foundation designed the partnership options so that each business could find the perfect fit. Maximize your marketing dollars by supporting CATEC and receiving a tax deduction at the end of the year!

If you are a Gold or Silver Sponsor and want your business's name/logo included in the pre-Expo media and print advertisement for the Career Expo and Job Fair , w e need to have your enrollment form returned with a check by January 11th .

There is limited booth space available at the mall, so participants will be assigned space on a first come, first served basis.

GOLD SPONSOR ($750)

  • Prime location (Center Court or Sears Court) offered on a first come, first served basis 
  • Business name included in TV advertising prior to the Expo (Commitment required by 1/11/08 for inclusion) 
  • 8 ft banquet display table with identification signage
  • Your business featured in a public service ad for CATEC on TV
  • Formal recognition at the Annual Awards Joint Meeting of the CATEC, Charlottesville and Albemarle School Boards
  • Engraved plate on Donor Display on CATEC's Wall of Fame located in the CATEC foyer
